Healthcare Executive | Credentialing & Operations Leader | Driving Strategy, Finance, and Communications at the National Level

I am a healthcare executive with a strong track record of leading operations, credentialing, communications, and enterprise-wide strategy at the national level. As Chief Credentialing Officer at NBCRNA, I connect assessment, IT, operations, and HR to ensure that organizational strategy is effectively executed and that stakeholders experience measurable value. I bring deep experience in strategic planning, governance, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence, innovation, and growth. My approach blends data-driven decision making with a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and brand stewardship. Having advanced from clinical leadership to executive management, I now focus on aligning people, systems, and strategy to strengthen organizations, expand member and customer engagement, and position teams for long-term success.
