Position Overview

• Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends; holiday coverage as needed

Requirements & Restrictions

• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) must be uploaded with submission: Info link
• No local travelers (must reside >50 miles from facility)
• Permanent address must be included in profile
• Requested time off (RTO) must be declared at profile upload
• No more than 5 days RTO allowed
• Late RTO requests will not be approved
  

Minimum Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of current OR experience
• At least 3 months of prior travel experience (1 year preferred)
• Willing and able to precept
• Must be able to take call
• Scrub experience preferred; RNs with circulate and scrub will receive priority consideration
• Proficient in:
• General
• Gynecological
• Vascular
• Thoracic
• Orthopedic (including total joints)
• Neurosurgery (head and spine)
• Trauma
• Preferred experience in:
• C-sections
• ENT
• Plastics
• DaVinci Robot
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Two recent supervisory signed references required (non-negotiable)
