Submission Requirements

Mandatory Documents

• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool)
• COVID vaccination card (dose on/after 10/3/23) or signed exemption form
• Two specific interview availability windows (no "anytime" entries)
• Requested Time Off (RTO) noted and verified at profile upload — maximum of 5 days
• Permanent address (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
• All certifications uploaded with profile (ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC)
• Work history
• Skills checklist (within past year)
• One signed supervisory reference (within last two years)
• Valid Massachusetts RN license uploaded with profile
• Personal transportation required
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of current ED experience
• Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course (strongly required)
• Meditech Expanse experience (preferred)
  
  

Restrictions

• No concurrent assignments or permanent roles
• No schedule accommodations (e.g., block scheduling)
• Must be available Memorial Day and preceding weekend
