Emergency Room Nurse New

Requirements:

Baystate Health in Greenfield, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at their community hospital. This is a night shift position, working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The emergency department consists of 23 beds, including a 3-bed psych pod, and handles an average of 60 to 80 cases per day with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Candidates should have at least 4 years of recent ER experience and must hold active ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications. The facility offers a collaborative and supportive team environment and is located in the scenic town of Greenfield, MA. This role follows the 2023 rate plan and is ideal for nurses seeking a dynamic and rewarding setting.
