Position Description

Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager – Now Hiring!

T47 International, Inc. is seeking a mission-focused Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our dedicated team supporting the Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG). This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring medical readiness for our nation’s service members.

Salary

•Pay Rate: $40.19, H&W: $4.93

Minimum Requirements

• Current RN License (Massachusetts); BSN preferred (ASN accepted with 6-month conditional waiver).

• 2+ years of case management or military health experience.

• Experience using or willingness to learn military health systems (e.g., MEDPROS, MODS, eCase).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military service or experience working with military families.

• Familiarity with AR 40-501, AR 40-66, and related DoD medical readiness guidance.

Position Details

• Location: Hanscom AFB and various National Guard facilities across Massachusetts

• Schedule: 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 10-hour shifts

• Clearance: Must meet requirements for CAC issuance

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Contractor

• Telework: Contingency/COOP-based telework options available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service members from intake to readiness or administrative separation.

• Track, update, and report on medical status using eCase, MEDPROS, MEDCHART, and other military health systems.

• Coordinate evaluations, referrals, exams, and treatment plans across DoD medical facilities.

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, records, and logs for every case contact.

• Attend PHA/SRP events and unit inspections statewide as part of the case management team.

• Collaborate with soldiers, units, and government representatives to ensure optimal readiness outcomes.
