Position Description

Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is looking for a PACE LPN who will be responsible for: assessing, coordinating, monitoring and providing health care services and treatment for the PACE Organization participants; and coordinating quality improvement development, support, MDS data collection and analysis.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Newton MA

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00

Training Provided

Schedule: 8:30a - 5:00p at Center - Full Time

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Russian

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current MA license.

• Have 2 years of elderly care experience, one year in LPN capacity
